Best Tips Before Making Any Player Prediction

This isn't just a checklist, it's a set of rules we always stick by.

Core rules
  1. Never wager on a bet that shows an EV value below 0.3
  2. Beginners only: Never wager on a bet that shows an Hit Rate value below 75%
  3. ALWAYS check the player and team injury report every single time
  4. ALWAYS use the bet sizing calculator found in 'Other Tools' (sticking to a financial plan is crucial to long-term growth — learn more about the Kelly Criterion in the tutorial videos section)
  5. Consider that sometimes hot streaks can be bad (a five-in-a-row hot streak with a 75% hit rate is more likely to break)
  6. Advanced users: For short-term/big gain wagers, always make sure you run the game simulator, if one is available.
  7. Don't watch some… Watch ALL tutorial videos — there are many different ways to use Beast Props to give you different types of edges on the market
